What's on the Menu?

Here is what we had for dinner this past week.  I said I would cook...but I lied.  But, it's not like we spent much money going out either! 

So, what are you cooking?

Saturday: Used a certificate at Highland Tap..I paid .40 for a $10 voucher that we used!
Sunday: Didn't really eat dinner since we had a late Mother's Day lunch
Monday: Baked baja citrus chicken w/ peas & corn on the cob
Tuesday: Cheese and herb pasta w/ chicken and green pepper
Wednesday: Brinner: waffles, eggs and sausage
Thursday: Willy's Mexican
Friday: Pork chops, baked potatoes and...something green?
