Here are the dinners we've had this week. It's been a busy week of not being at home much, so not alot of cooking be done, plus we'll be out of town all weekend. But, I have big plans for next week! I'd love to hear what other people are eating, if you care to share. :)
Monday: Tacos
Tuesday: BBQ pork, various potato salads, chips; had dinner at hubby's colleagues house with other teachers
Wednesday: Hubby got sick, so I nixed doing the burgers I'd planned. We just had salad with the Feta cheese that was BOGO last week, mango that was on sale a few weeks ago, and a cheesy chicken pasta side from Knorr.
Thursday: Out to eat at Penang w/ good friends
Friday: Will be on our way to NC, so will probably just make a quick stop somewhere
Saturday: Will be in NC with good friends, but who knows what we'll eat!
Sunday: Burgers and homemade french fries
