Rite-Aid: FreeBates!

I know some of you are looking at this picture going, but she doesn't have kids!  haha....and you'd be right.  But, I think kid's medicines work just as well for me as "adult" ones, and if I can get them for free, why not?

This week is one of the best weeks during the year at RiteAid...it's FreeBates week!  Even though they are phasing out the SCR program as they've implemented the UP rewards, they put alot of different cold medicine-type stuff on sale this week, that are free just as soon as you type your receipt into the computer! So here are the details:

Sucrets Cough Drops @ $2.99 (normally $4.99)
    -Will receive $2.99 in SCR
Final Price: FREE!

Halls Cough Drops 30 ct @ .99 cents (normally $1.99)
     -.75/1 any Halls found in All You October magazine
     .50/1 any Halls found on Rite-Aid Video Values
Final Price: Free + .26 cents profit!

Total before coupons, store sales, SCR & UP rewards: $29.45
Total after coupons, store sales & UP rewards used to pay: $7.24 OOP
Total after I receive rebates in the form of a check: FREE + $12.72 PROFIT!!!

Oh, I also used a $4/20 coupon before anything else printed from RA Video Values.  Who doesn't love free medicine?!?!?
